Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BRAVE popcorn. We want to ensure you have a great experience with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Shipping Fees

• Customer Remorse (Change of mind): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. In this case, return shipping is free.

3. Fees We believe in transparent pricing. No additional restocking fees or administrative charges will be applied to your return. You will only be responsible for the actual shipping costs in cases of simple change of mind.

4. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, etc.).
